To prepare our bid, we survey the site and get an understanding of the plans. Cornerstone Building LLC consultants help round out any design elements in question, and our engineers certify they’re structurally sound. We take time to learn the materials and products that the owner prefers and determine what we need onsite and when to complete the job to the owner’s specifications. Using all this information, we calculate a reasonable and attractive bid.
Once officially hired, with contracts signed, we collect all necessary permits and licenses. We schedule required inspector visits, vendor drop-offs, and subcontractor specialty days. Our trained, certified, licensed, and insured staff then get to work.
